How can we optimize production systems to maximize the nutritional quality of plant foods?

How can we produce intrinsically labeled crops more efficiently?

We combine strategies such as leveraging genetic variation, environmental manipulation, analytical chemistry, informatics, and nutrition sciences to answer these questions
